LOW SEASON

From September 30 to March 4.
Maximum 11 guests and 4 guests.
Full week €1,100.
Weekend (Two nights) €600.
Extra night €100.

HIGH SEASON

From July 1 to September 2.
Maximum 11 guests and 4 guests.
Full week €1,900.
For fewer days pro-rata
Night €271.

MIDDLE SEASON

From March 4 to July 1 and from September 2 to 30.
Maximum 11 guests and 4 guests.
Full week €1,300.
First two nights €700.
Extra night €120.

HOLIDAYS AND SIGNED FESTIVALS 25% INCREASE
TOURIST TAX 1 EURO PER GUEST AND NIGHT
IN THE EVENT THAT YOU NEED TO USE THE HEATING, 40 EUROS WILL BE CHARGED SINGLE PRICE
IF THE PROPERTY ACCEPTS PETS, A SUPPLEMENT OF 15 EUROS DAY WILL BE CHARGED
TOWELS AND SHEETS SERVICE 10 € PER GUEST
(GUESTS CAN BRING THEIR TOWELS AND SHEETS)
CHARCOAL AND WOOD SALE SERVICE AT YOUR DISPOSAL

Schedules weekend entry Friday at 12 and departure on Sunday around 17/18 hours

Guests can invite a maximum of 4 people. They must send us a photocopy of the DNI on both sides to prepare the additional civil liability document.

Accommodation Contract Form CAL RECTOR. Please, carefully read and download our contract. If you agree, send an email giving your approval. At your checking / arrival at Cal Rector you will have to sign it personally.

DEPOSIT / FEE FOR DAMAGES

To book you must pay a deposit in advance.
This security deposit for damages will be returned 24 hours by bank transfer after departure of guests once we inspect the property.

Once you place your order you will receive an e mail with a link with the final amount and access to online TVP to make the payment.

CANCELLATIONS TERMS & PAYMENTS MUST BE PRESIDENT

Payments

  • Reservations made months in advance: Full payment 30 days prior to arrival.
  • Reservations made one month in advance: Full payment 10 days prior to your arrival.
  • Reservatios very close to the date of arrival or last minute: pay the booking deposit in advance attaching bank receipt. The total reservation can be paid by credit card at our reception at arrival.

Cancellations

  • 30 days before arrival for reservations made several months in advance.
  • 10 days before arrival for reservations made max. one month in advance.

Grace Period

  • If you canceled your booking before 24h after reservation there wont be any costs.
  • Other circumstances, please, ask Cal Rector.
